It’s almost sad watching known wrestlers being told to mock the concept of Tuxedo Matches, especially when Dangerously/Cornette was obviously played for laughs and had genuine heat…and WWE only JUST had a Tuxedo match on PPV between Santino and Rodriguez!
After 32 episodes I still can’t tell if everything Matthews says is supposed to sound ironic in a funny way or that’s actually how he talks. He couldn’t emote a fart after a bowl of baked beans.
And it still feels like a trailer than a show, especially when they have Howard Finkel make an appearance…and have him say next-to-nothing.
