Just read this about the ROH 10th Anniversary DVD:

There was an issue with the master file that was sent for replication that causes the DVD to go back to the main menu during the end of the show promo. The Steen promo is technically supposed to be on there but I’m not aware of a way to access it. If you know somebody who can, I suggest you ask them how. Nothing different has been done to the DVD’s and they were all replicated together.

The Kevin Steen promo is on the DVD but you can’t watch it. Tremendous. You can use DVD editing software such as DVDShrink to view it, making it the equivalent to a hidden track on a CD.

Personally I think they should have done this deliberately and had Steen start the promo with ”If you can see this, you shouldn’t be here!” like sequence-breaking in Metroid.
